114ms: how we built the fastest quote engine on BNB Chain

Tirio returns routes 4 to 8 times faster than other aggregators without giving up price. Here is what that took.

Quote latency is the gap between a user typing an amount and seeing a price they can trust. On BNB Chain, where blocks land every few seconds and pool states shift constantly, that gap decides whether the route you see is the route you get.

Measuring against the field

We sampled identical swap requests across aggregators over two weeks. Median response times:

Speed only matters if the price holds. Across the same sample, Tirio's median quote stayed within 5 bps of the best competitor, and in many scenarios it was the best price outright.
